The CPI in November 2009 rose by 0.74% from the preceding month (rose by 0.96% less housing cost). Over the last 12 months the CPI rose by 8.6% (CPI less housing cost rose by 12.5%) while the change over the last 3 months is equivalent to an annual inflation of 11.2% (12.3% inflation less housing cost). Corrected issue (7 December 2009).
